Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry through this website, by phone, or by email does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly. Quotes are based on the information you provide about the property and the work requested; if the actual work differs significantly from the description, the price may need to be adjusted, and we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.
Payment
We accept local checks, Venmo, and invoices through QuickBooks with online payment options.
Our work
We take care to provide a reliable, high-quality service. If something about a completed clean does not meet the standard agreed with you, please tell us promptly so we can discuss putting it right. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, High End Cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this website. Information on this website is provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current, or error-free, and service details and prices shown on the website may change without notice.
